Nilaya Thrive is an employer wellbeing platform — app, coaching, interventions, education and an analytics dashboard — sold to enterprises.

The market

Employers have bought wellbeing in pieces for a decade: an EAP here, a meditation app there, a gym subsidy nobody uses. HR teams now have a portfolio they cannot evaluate and employees have a list they ignore.

The problem

Bring wellbeing into one place for two genuinely different people: the HR buyer who has to justify the spend, and the employee who has to want to open the app.

What we built

Nilaya Thrive, an employer wellbeing platform — app, coaching, interventions, education and an analytics dashboard — with a brand and product architecture that keeps the buyer's view and the employee's experience distinct.

Why it matters

Name the buyer and the human separately or the product serves neither. Keeping HR's dashboard and the employee's app as two propositions under one brand is what keeps a wellbeing platform coherent as it grows.
